Misery Signals have announced a busy fall touring schedule. In October the band will do an extended run of Canada with Comeback Kid, Bane and Shai Hulud. Fresh off crushing the Rockstar Energy MAYHEM Festival stages this summer, Alaskan metallers 36 CRAZYFISTS are gearing up for what will be the most extensive set of US dates the band has ever played!
The guys are currently on tour with Walls of Jericho, It Dies Today and others, which leads them into a headlining run with Straight Line Stitch in September. Following that tour, 36 CRAZYFISTS will head out for the rest of September and October supporting metal heavyweights Trivium and All That Remains. We're knee deep in the writing process. We have about 4 songs that are near musical completion. It looks like we enter the studio around October once again with Jason Suecof.

The UK based Annotations of an Autopsy have announced their first ever US tour. Keeping the theme of go big or go home, they will trek through the US for a full month with Job for a Cowboy, Hate Eternal, All Shall Perish, and Animosity. With dates from November 13th to December 16th, the tour will cover most of the country and is sponsored by Decibel Magazine and MetalSucks.net.
While AOAA has toured extensively in Europe with bands like Suffocation, The Black Dahlia MurderΈThe Acacia Strain, Misery Index, and more, this will be their first trip stateside. August Burns Red have announced North American tour dates that kicks off in Lemoyne, PA on August 29 and wraps up at the Blender Theatre in NYC on October 12! They will be hitting the road with A Skylit Drive, Sky Eats Airplane, Greeley Estates, and This or the Apocalypse.

Experimental metal pioneers See You Next Tuesday have unveiled the cover art and track listing for their upcoming album Intervals which is set for release October 14th.
Bassist Travis Martin commented Intervals is a more mature album than our first Ferret release Parasite and definitely darker sounding. The presentation of the album is also much more serious. The funny song titles are gone, the jokes are gone, it has a different feel to it."

Finnish heavy metal giant CHILDREN OF BODOM has announced a fall, 2008 U.S. headlining tour in support of its critically acclaimed new album Blooddrunk. The scheduled four week, 25 city tour will kick off on September 11 in Baltimore, MD and criss-cross the U.S., closing with a bang on October 10 in Worcester, MA.
A new wrinkle in the ever-evolving CHILDREN OF BODOM U.S. trek has developed as COB has tapped metal veterans Testament as special support for its NYC tour stop on October 9 at the Hammerstein Ballroom. The tours previously-announced opening acts Between the Buried and Me and The Black Dahlia Murder will also appear.
Tickets for the tour dates are on sale now via www.livenation.com. The COB tour will be produced by Live Nation and presented by sponsors ESP Guitars and Hot Topic and tour supporters Guitar World, Metal Kult, Rock House Method and Spinefarm Records.
Full details on the Blooddrunk Guitar Contest and Sweepstakes have also been released. Live Nation is providing CHILDREN OF BODOM fans a chance to win a flyaway contest to Los Angeles to jam with the band before its show on September 19th. Live Nation has also set up a special CHILDREN OF BODOM contest homepage where fans can register and automatically be entered into the sweepstakes to win a prize pack that includes an ESP Alexi Signature Series Guitar, Hot Topic Gift Card, the entire Spinefarm Records U.S. catalog, Rock House Instructional DVDs and Guitar World. The big prize in the contest comes via the Blooddrunk guitar competition, which involves fans uploading a video of them playing the guitar solo from the CHILDREN OF BODOM track Blooddrunk. The grand prize winner and a friend will then fly to Los Angeles to see CHILDREN OF BODOM perform live at The Wiltern on Sept 19th and will earn the chance to play Blooddrunk with the band during their soundcheck that afternoon. Welcome Corona, Californias Underneath The Gun! The band which started when members were twelve years old have previously released two independent albums and built a strong west coast fan-base. Speaking on their music Trevor (Guitar) said, Our goal for the music we write is to bring a pretty aggressive metal approach, but giving our own feel to it without limiting ourselves to one particular genre of metal. We also strive to write lyrics with a meaningful message about what we believe in a way that we feel everyone can relate to.
Underneath The Gun is currently on the road with My Children My Bride and while on the road with them they will hit the Taking Back The Streets Festival, a Christian music festival based in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. Gwen Stacy has announced they will tour throughout the entire month of October with Unearth, Protest the Hero, The Acacia Strain and Whitechapel. This will be one of the biggest tours we've ever been on. Unearth is one of those bands that we feel just being on tour with them will make us a better band because theyre that good. Drummer TJ Sego said about the upcoming tour. Were big fans of Protest the Hero and Whitechapel are some of our best friends so were really looking forward to this tour.
